If File system is full or ASM file System is full and not able to add the space on the tablespace, you can reclaim the unused data file space from the file system.
Step 1. Login to the database server and login as sysdba

if it is PDB database, connect to PDB database using alter session set container=PDB_DB_NAME
Step 2: Execute the below query, it will give the output of SQL query to resize the data file to reclaim the storage.
