Oracle database patch issue in cloned Oracle EBS database environment

Step 1) copy $ORACLE_HOME/inventory/ContentsXML/oraclehomeproperties.xml file from production to cloned environment
step 2) Change the node names and oracle base in oraclehomeproperties.xml file accordingly based on the cloned environment
step 3) Apply the patch.

Also do the above steps in other node of this cluster and apply the patch.
