How to Check Oracle EBS  R12 Workflow Mailer sending email or not at Unix server level

Run below command one by one from Oracle EBS R12 application server(From mailer node, issue the following commands one by one,  means Line by Line)

telnet smtp.nizam.corp.com 25
EHLO oracleebsnode1.nizam.corp.com
MAIL FROM: ebsworkflow@nizam.com 
RCPT TO: nattiri@nizam.com
DATA 
Subject: Test message-ERP mailer is ok 

Hi how are you. ERP mailer is ok
.  
quit
